The highway is definitely an interesting journey. One that leads to so many adventures and so many new places/ faces.

As we head down that road, we often hit potholes or a crazy turn in the road, which leads us in a different direction. Sometimes good and sometimes a little lackluster.

Then we think…do I make a u-turn or do I go ahead and try the blowfish…there is only a 98% chance I will die from it. (don’t quote me on that statistic…I saw it on one of the Charlie’s Angels movies)

Well, I know I have gone down many roads and hell even one-way streets(I don’t recommend that, especially in Clemson)…AND I have learned a ton of lessons.

A good example…I broke up with this AMAZE balls man, because I was scared…months later I am sitting in my condo with my new puppy asking God to send the “right” man for me. Well, HE smacked me upside the head and said, I ALREADY DID! And when the good Lord smacks you, you best pay attention.

SO, I promptly worked on getting said man back, and begging, YES, begging for forgiveness. Finally got him back with the help of friends, luck, and a bucket load of prayers.

NOW, I can say that we have been married 13 years, most have been the best…nothing is ever perfect. But, I can’t imagine not making that u-turn, because, without him, I would not be whole.

Don’t get me wrong…dishes in the sink, shoes left for me to trip on, the list goes on, but he is my lobster!

Take chances & risks…But ALWAYS listen when you get smacked upside the head. Unless you are in a bar, then RUN like hell!
