When life gives you lemons…

The phrase I have always heard was to make lemonade…pfft! Make a dang lemon drop martini and cook some comfort food.

Life doesn’t give you lemons…life gives you opportunities…they may not always be the ones you want at that moment, but perhaps it is what you need.

I know that I sometimes get stuck sucking on that sour fruit and forget to move forward and do something amazing with it.

Enter mixologists, aka: friends and family. They are there to help us be creative with the fruit that we have been given OR maybe just take the dang fruit and do something fun with it for us.

I know that I for one am grateful for the amazeballs “mixologists” in my life. They always are there to either help me make something great OR DO something great for me.
